Kayla Lush is a passionate and caring educator specialising in flute. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Music at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she has studied with James Kortum and Geoff Collins.

Kayla has experience across a wide range of solo and ensemble settings. She has performed at the Pearl Beach Scholarship Concert and Allen Family Scholarship events, and has also played with the Northern Sydney Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Regional Youth Orchestra and Symphony Central Coast.

As a teacher, Kayla aims to create a fun, supportive and engaging learning environment. Her lessons focus on building strong flute technique, musical confidence and practical skills that students can apply across both school band and solo repertoire. She is passionate about helping young musicians develop a well-rounded flute experience and a lifelong enjoyment of music.
