Nick Ruberg is a passionate and experienced guitarist with over six years of teaching experience, helping students of all ages and skill levels develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong enjoyment of music.

A graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance, Nick has taught both privately and through established music schools, working with children, teenagers and adults in one-on-one and small group settings. His teaching experience spans a wide range of musical styles, allowing him to tailor lessons to each student’s individual interests, goals and learning style.

Nick’s lessons combine practical musicianship with a strong foundation in technique and musical understanding. Students may explore repertoire, guitar technique, music theory, ear training, reading skills and improvisation, depending on their level and musical direction.

Drawing on a variety of teaching resources and approaches, Nick creates engaging and personalised lessons that support each student’s development. His goal is to provide students with the skills, confidence and inspiration they need to achieve their musical ambitions, while fostering a positive and enjoyable relationship with music.
